Who are Future Family nurses and what do they do?
Our nurses act as a personal navigator and additional layer of support for each patient throughout their treatment. Our team is made up entirely of Registered Nurses, all who have extensive in-clinic experience to support patients throughout their unique journey. Our nurses are there to guide and support patients - mentally, emotionally, and physically and are accessible via video chat, text, email and phone.
Why do I need another nurse if I already have a nurse at my clinic?
Our nurses are not here to replace the amazing team you are already working with. Instead, think of our nurses as an additional layer of support. We often hear that patients feel like they are walking through their treatment with a blindfold on - Our nurses are here to help make things more clear!
When is my nurse available?
Our nurses are easily accessible during business hours, but provide additional after hours & weekend support as needed*. We understand that fertility treatments are not a 9-5 operation and that support is often needed the most when the clinic is not available.
* Response times during after hours may be slightly delayed
